Having recruited, trained and developed some of the leisure industries' leading sales executives and managers over the last 19 years, she is a recognised thought leader within this sector. Her involvement in a start up business in the early 90's was so successful the facility was oversubscribed two months prior to opening its doors. This particular achievement earned her the industry award of European Sales Manager of the Year.
Her position as sales and marketing director to some of the leading names in the leisure, hospitality, golf and health & fitness industries (including Viva! Health & Leisure, Whitbread, Marriott Hotels, MM Marketing & Bladerunner) has given her a unique perspective on both business and consumer attitudes within the B2B and B2C fields.
